- Try to spend 30 minutes a day, every day, talking and sharing your feelings and listening to their feelings. If you can’t do 30 minutes, start with at least 15 minutes a day.
- Do not try to fix, change, or challenge the other person’s thoughts and feelings.
- Please listen, to understand the other person’s feelings.
